Full job description
– To manage complete sales cycle from creating interest and value for the brand to negotiating and closing the sales
– To make sure targeted number of calls, eMails, whatapps and text are sent to all the leads based on their consideration sets, aspirations, and lifestyle
– To provide rich, informative and unparalleled experience of royalty and sophistication for site visitors that compel their decision making in favour of the projects without further consideration
– Design and execute activities to generate leads and brand engagement at the various strategic locations and on the site
– To prepare weekly, monthly sales plan and MIS report.
– To make sure that feedback duly filled in by the customers and additional information is gathered from them during presentation and system is updated on real time basis
– To prepare a predictive report and a sales closing plan highlighting issues faced by the customers and solutions to those issues
– To manage sales office on the site and model villas / flats to ensure all the marketing and project documents are maintained properly and adequate stock is kept at the office
– To strictly adhere to and also make sure that all sales and support team comply with dress code, grooming norms, etiquette, site visit steps, customer engagements, policies, process etc
– Collect and compile customer insights with respect to selection criteria, need, aspiration, designation, budget, pain areas, peer group etc with an objective of influencing customers decision making
– Gather intelligence on relevant competitors and analyse it to give a compelling sales pitch
– To prepare a predictive report and a sales closing plan highlighting issues faced by the customers and solutions to those issue
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
